Mostly Blues club. Used to have an ugly but good sounding B3 & Leslie. As of October 24, 2001 the B-3 seems to be gone. Jam Sessions Sunday nights.

Blues bar with a B3, neighborhood dive with pool tables. Used to be a favorite of ?JackMcDuff. NOW CLOSED - replaced by a strip club :-(

The 501 Bar

A new organ room. They featured one or two nights of Organ jazz per week. Mostly local talent with occasional special guests like JoeyDeFrancesco, and local legend HankMarr. TonyMonaco's trio played every Sunday night. LindaDachtyl and her group played on 2nd Thursdays in 2002. There was another room for several years here called The Wine Merchant.

Unfortunately the 501 Jazz Bar closed in late July 2004

Sadly, owner Jim Makarounis, "Jimmy Mak", died of cancer on January 1, 2017, one day after his club closed for the last time on New Year's Eve. Jimmy Mak's had been a Pearl District fixture for twenty years.
